Lopexx Sludge Dryer

LOPEXX© Sludge Dryer functions as a second-tier dryer, usually deployed after the initial mechanical dewatering system such as filter press or screw press. This machine can further reduce moisture content up to 85%*, which translate to substantial weight reduction of the initial sludge output using Dehumidifying Principal which is safe and economical. This process does not require the use of fossil fuel for burning to heat the sludge. The LOPEXX© Sludge Dryer adopts a close loop system thus resulting in low energy consumption and no scrubber is required to filter dust and odor.

The primary aim is to achieve reduction in sludge weight by dehydration in just matter of hours which translate to tangible cost savings from lesser volume and weight of sludge disposal.
